Dave, just an observation, but you said mom, indicating you may be American, which means that if you're not in the uk eddies link may not work for you?
You said `mom`. Are you talking USA or UK law?
they also said mother so who knows. I would have thought it would usually go to his siblings

Sorry, just realised Dave2222 is a she (I think, given the number of postings she's made about dresses). Based on the contents of her many previous postings it looks as if she is in the UK not US.
