After cleaning I have noticed very small black spots all over my patio it looks like rain drops at first the same sort of size. Any ideas on what this could be

It's a mould, and is exceptionally difficult to remove. Even bleach, fungicides, power washer, etc, seem unable to do the job. There is a product that claims to have the answer, see..
