What Car?
Using spare key (not the remote fob) can you open car door or if a hatchback the hatch?
I once started a car to warm it up in very cold weather. After I'd got it started, and closed the doors, the locks suddenly engaged. The only way I managed to deal with the situation was to call the AA. Their guy eventually managed to get the tailgate open, so that I could crawl inside the car.

Perhaps it's time to call your breakdown service?
If you've got breakdown service (AA or RAC, etc.) call them. If not, you're going to have to bite the bullet and break a window.
Any good auto locksmith could open your car without damage. Normally cheaper than putting the glass in.
There should be an emergency keyhole though, often under a plastic shroud.
Depending if your car has 1/4 rear windows, remove one of these or remove the rear/ boot window it's cheaper doing that, than breaking the glass.
You can always stop the engine by blocking the exhaust tailpipe. However, if your exhaust is getting towards the end of its life it could cause a premature hole to develop in the silencer and the engine will continue to run.
