charter flights from paris-sardinia

I dont think anyone will be able to help me here but worth a try. I would like to know which charter airlines travel to sardinia from paris CDG airport. My mum will be travelling this summer but does not know which charter airline to expect but it is meant to be affiliated to Air France. 5***** for the person who finds a list of charter airlines from paris to sardinia! (sorry I do not know to which sardinian airport she is flying to)

Are you sure that your mother is booked on a charter flight? Meridiana fly scheduled services from CDG terminal 3 (which is where most charter and budget airlines fly from) to both Cagliari and Olbia airports in Sardinia:

I can find no references (in the usual places where I'd look) to any charter operators flying from CDG to Sardinia.

If your mother knows the flight number, the operator can usually be identified by the code. Meridiana flight numbers start with 'IG'.

The subsidiaries of air france are Brit Air, and Regional Compagnie Aerienne Europeane (Regional) but neither of them are scheduled to fly to Sardinia. They could be operating a flight onbehalf of the charter company though

It is a bit of a weird one and my sister who works for air france really should know this one. You see, it is my sister who is paying for the package holiday and it is linked to air france. She says it will be a chartered flight, but if so how come she does not know which airline it will be? I think she must find out! Thanks for your hardwork folks

Sounds like your sister has used a travel company that does interline deals for people in the travel industry so although she says it`s linked to Air France the actual airline isn`t linked to Air France but the deal she has managed to get is.
