Aged 66 and just beginning to have hip problems.


Whats the alternative to hip replacement?

Just to say I am 58 and in recent months have taken up swimming again.  I do a gentle breakstroke and I have definitely had far less hip pain.  I am no medical expert, but it has certainly helped me and has also made a difference to my arthritic aches generally. 

I realise this is not a true answer to your question but hope it helps.

why dont you try accupuncture..that is quite good for things like that also you could start to build your system up with supplements from the health shop..which may benefit you long term...start drinking nettle tea as that cures pain..
