There is a s missing off my brothers name on his ryanair booking!

We only noticed when we printed his bording pass. So my question is will he just be able to use it as it is or should we inform Ryanair, his name is Knowles and the s is missing from end. But everything else including his passporn number is correct. I have doctored the pdf file of his bording pass and put a s back and printed it off and you would never know it was ever wrong, do you think he could risk it?

I have a feeling that they only print the first 6 letters but I could be wrong. I'm used to getting a boarding pass just before I get on the plane so I don't take much notice of it.

I don't think changing the boarding pass will help. At the gate they scan the barcode which brings up the details on a screen. I think this is what they check against your passport. If you tell them they will make you change it and it will cost quite a bit so I would be tempted to risk it. But I have been known to be wrong...!
