Can anyone please give me step by step instructions how to create a personal avatar?

I have registered and they now want me to provide a username, is this the same as the one I use on AB?

When I have provided a username and a password, how do I upload a personal image?

You can use any username AOG.....only the email address must correspond with the one you have on AB.

The username doesn't matter, as long as the email address you use on gravatar matches the email address on here it will be fine.

Come back if you have problems uploading, but it's not hard so have a look first.

You can use any username you like on Gravatar, it does not have to be your AB one. Once your account on gravatar is created you can upload a picture you have saved on your PC or provide a link to an online one. Make sure you set the rating as G for it to be usable here. Then go to your profile on AB, select to activate avatar and click submit at the bottom of the page.

Just follow the instructions on the GRAvatar website. There'll be links to click, and a choice of selecting a file from your PC or entering the address of something you've found on the Web.

Great it has worked, forgot to press the submit after ticking the box.

I'm seeing your avatar AOG, try pressing the ctrl + f5 buttons on your keyboard at the same time to clear your cache.
