Could it have something to do with what you've been dreaming. If you have a lot on your mind it can come out in your dreams.....so you're waking up stressed.
Hi - you posted on a very similar subject a couple of days ago - I really do recommend you see your GP, this is a symptom of the bigger picture which you described on your last thread, it's not an isolated incident for you. Please seek help,
I've got the same problem this morning,my stomach is churning,
Alcohol can trigger it, so can worry,

i dont drink but i am a very big worrier.i dont want to come across as woe is me but i have had a lot of traumatic events in the last 8-10 years so i am naturally a worrier

i think you are right boxtops maybe seeing my gp will help
i think i want to be strong and not admit i need help as my dad whos always been my rock was always the one to cope before he got ill

i am currently in the early stages of councelling which helps but doesnt help the anxiety
thanks again i will try not to whinge as much in future
Catcuddle please don't worry about posting on AB, you know most of us are pleased to offer help, but really I am glad that you are thinking about seeing the GP. I know what it's like to want to manage and cope with it all yourself, but sometimes the bravest thing is to admit that you need some help - and you're doing that. Go see your GP, if you think that talking about your feelings and anxities and not coming over as "whinging" might be difficult, then write it down and hand over a note to the GP when you see them. They won't mind, they are there to give advice as well as medication. I am sure that the counselling will help too. Keep going!
Try Bach`s Rescue Remedy. A lot of people find this a great help. You can buy it from any health shop or Boot`s.
