A loan company recently took out a CCJ against me, and recently I asked for a copy of the original credit agreement I signed and they are saying they are not legally obliged to supply me with one as they have a CCJ judgement. Are they right?

By asking for the 'credit agreement' are you trying to get out of paying your debt back?

no, I simply want a copy of it for my records as i have misplaces the other one. Am I entitled to this?
