Can anyone recommend an all-inclusive hotel/apartment destination in Spain/Portugal/Canaries for a family of two adults, and two children. Has to be in Summer Holidays and hopefully under £2500. Near the beach, with a pool. Thanks.

all inclusive for a family of four during the school holidays from what I've looked at, will be in the region of £4K.....you may get a week for £2500
