Which UK bank prides itself on the customer being able to get through to their branch? I am getting peed of with HSBC and having to key in all sorts of info before I am transfered to a call cntre in India with a bad line that has a delay in voice transmission.

NatWest give you branch telephone numbers - I like their service an dif he branch is busy you can call a call centre in the UK

Strangely I find HSBC to be fine. I have the branch number, and a direct dial number for the person I need to speak with at the branch!
