What can you feed ducks other than bread?

We often take my daughter to feed the ducks and swans and always feed them bread. I was wondering if there are any seeds or anything else we could feed them for a change?

The ducks near us love a tinned sweetcorn.
It's better if you open it for them as most ducks have no tin-openers.

You can feed wild bird food, but mixed corn is cheaper and there will be less waste. You can get it from most pet shops.

What am I thinking, I meant you should get it from your local pet food stall on the market! Support your local market traders!
