If you mean per calendar month, then your annual rent is £5,400 divide by 365 =£14.79 per day times 7 = £103.53 per week. Your shortfall from HB will be around £5.50 per week
Can confirm the above answer, but one can get a rough estimate slightly easier.

You will understand that only one month has 28 days, most are longer than 4 weeks.

12 months in a year so multiply by 12 to get the yearly rent.
52 weeks in a year (plus 1.25 days which we'll ignore) so divide by 52 to get the weekly rent.

450 * 12 = £5400
5400 ÷ 52 = £104 ish

You're looking at adding just under £6 a week from elsewhere.
... although does the calculation differ slightly in a leap year?
