Kodak Gallery Error 404

Hi

I was trying to place an order with Kodak. I got all my pics uploaded and added to the basket but when I went to check my basket it came up with Error 404.

Has anyone had this and how can I get into my basket without getting this error?

Ive contacted Kodak and they asked me for my internet provider which i told them and I'm waiting on them to get back to me. Really wanting to place my order so if anyone could help

I stand to be corrected here, but im almost sure an error 404 means that there's an fault with that particular page and nothing whatsoever to so with your provider.

Could whoever you spoke to at Kodak not take your order over the phone?

Quite correct B00.

sounds like kodak have a problem with their site (or at least the secure part of it) but there is a chance that it is an upstream peering problem that could mean it only effects your ISP.

Either way the only things you can do is wait and try again, or try from a different connection using a different ISP.
