I'd like some answers on alcohol laws please.

I have opened a business and although I don't sell wine/drink was wondering if it was legal for me to allow people to bring their own alcohol or for me to give alcohol to our guests for free? I don't want to have to get a license and need to work around this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks,
Nigel

What you describe is the Aussie BYOB - bring your own bottle. This should be okay but you could check with a quick phone call to your local council - which is now the licensing authority.
