Don't know why I was thinking of Victor/Victoria Nothing to do with capitals. Rome was built on hills (I think) but don't know any musical connected with hills.

another-view - think it's all just general, linked to the whole Bollywood, city of dreams kind of thing rather than it literally being the capital. Best answer I've got so far so happy to go with it!

Thanks for the help. Words & Music was correct but the Capital city one was The Seven Hills of Rome - never heard of it!!!
