Damp loft

Hi,
Recently I was in my loft and it appears to be slighty damp? Mould spots on some material up there. Its not soaking.
I can't see any ovvious problems with my roof. Any ideas, on whats causing it. How to either dry it out or fix?

i had the same problem with my loft sx, it needs ventilation. i had to put ventilation discs in my soffits to cure it
