I have a honda civic 2.0s (5 yrs old) and it has a built in perimeter alarm. If I want to leave my dog in the rear of the car behind the dog guard (I hasten to add only for a short time and not in warm weather) how can I ensure that the alarm does not go off?
There is no switch on the censor.

You cant, the sensor should pick up Vibration.
You can't... my OH locked the car (with me in it) when he went to pay for petrol at the garage and even though I barely moved, the alarms went off!
