I don't know what the song is called, but I have heard it, and it sounds like Nina Simone singing.

I believe it was originally in the hit musical hair, I only know cos I stumbled across the vinyl in a charity shop a couple of years back and snapped it up for fifty pence!

The track is Nina Simone Ain't got no I got life. There is new version out which is Nina Vs Grovefinder and they have been playing it on Radio 2 since last week but I can't find anywhere to down load it from.
