Well done Arsenal for getting the result (4-2), going top and making it a three horse race for sure.

From a Liverpool supporter (we might even get a win tonight!)
Looks like you're about to win, j !
You won. Rafa must be relieved !

But Spurs have a really bad record at Anfield (I heard on the radio today).

I think the title chase is going to be arsenal and chelsea

The downside of Liverpool winnning is that it relieves the pressure on Benitez a bit.

But on the bright side, that massive debt that the red Mancunians have as well as their indifferent form makes for good reading - the start of the long slide into obscurity for them???
cant see obscurity being an option just yet, but I would imagine it will dent their title hopes a bit this year, liverpool were fortunate that tottenham are going through a bit of a wobbily patch after a good start to the season.
have you only just heard about this debt ?

On 16 May 2005, Glazer took his shareholding in United to 75%, allowing him to end the club's PLC status and delist it from the London Stock Exchange, which he did on 22 June.[7] On 14 June 2005, Glazer successfully increased his share in the club to 97.3%, sufficient for full control. On 28 June he increased his share to 98%, enough for a compulsory buyout of all remaining shareholders.[8] The final valuation of the club was almost £800 million (approximately $1.5 billion at the exchange rate at the time).

Tottenham fans always think that a good run of form means that they are going to really do things, and then reality bites them in the bum as they end up closer to mid-table than the top.
This was my take on the Man Utd financial thing ...

i´ve nothing against the gooners, but was that a nasty attack/assault/ badly timed tackle on mark davies by gallas, which led to the equaliser?? then a day or so later, owen coyne was reported to have taken back what he had said about the incident, do you think he got a visit from a big bloke from landon, sorry london? dont forget owen beleived that was a straight red card!!
what the ab´s consensus?
