When rolling mouse/ cursor recently insists on sticking on the screen. Moving mouse again gets it going but only briefly. I have tried replacing mouse with a new one and both using with or without mouse mat. Any ideas please. Would be very grateful.

If you have a battery operated one they might need replacing!

Maybe you have a faulty socket (USB ?) on the computer where the mouse plugs in??
