Hi,


We have an old canvas tent that needs a split reapiring - we have been advised that darning it is better than sewing it but i don't know the difference - can anyone help?

Darning is where you sew the stitches in one direction say right to left and then you come down from top to bottom and weave through them.Hard to explain really but this may help
