I am seriously into this Milka Tendres Moments. I also love Fry's Chocolate Cream, Topics, Cadbury's Picnics and Thornton's Diplomats.

Rinkins... yes I went out to La Marina shopping centre. A lot of empty units there. I guess a lot of traders are going bust. We had a small tapas and coffee, and a look round the shops. I didn't buy anything, except for at the supermarket.
Glad you managed to get out! I'd have gone mad staying in all day too! See you soon xxx
And me.......neighbours coming over for New Year's drink at 8....bye for now, all x

I've got some Glenfiddich in the cabinet, but I forgot to get some Fanta Lemon when I was out today. :-(
No, HB ... not tried it.

I've got a funny pink fizz story.

Last summer, I was at the Parents' Ball at my old Prep School, and where my god-daughter has been sent.

At our table, we were getting merry, as you'd expect, when one of the waitresses appeared and put a load of pink Champagne on our table. With a bit of a Yaayyy of delight, we got the chaps to open it all, and we got pretty trolleyed.

A while later, we found out that some parents on another table were trying to find out what had happened to some pink Champagne that they had paid for, and which had been delivered to the wrong table.

We all looked at each other with that "Didn't this come out of our whip?" sort of look ... and then the waitress appeared with a bill for about £250

Luckily, by then, we were too p1ssed to care.

JJ... Christmas before last, we had to sort out the funeral arrangements for Tony's daughter and we popped into the Spar in Kings Norton in Birmingham. I bought some groceries to take back to Hereford, and saw some Pink Monopole on the shelf. It was priced at only £19.99. I though that was very cheap, so picked up 3 bottles and plopped them on the counter with the rest of the shopping. The woman who served us was gasbagging with her colleagues while she was bagging up my shopping, and to be honest, my head was all over the place. I paid for the shopping, and left. On the drive back to Hereford, I realised something wasn't right. I checked the bill, and saw that she'd only charged £4.99 a bottle. When she scanned the bottles, they didn't come up on her screen, so she'd quickly looked at the shelf, and saw bottles of pink cava priced at £4.99, and manually typed in £4.99. She obviously couldn't tell the difference between cava and champagne ! Well, I wasn't going to drive all the way back to Birmingham to pay her the shortfall ! :-)
