Battlesign/Panda eyes do u know what these mean? Is there a doctor in the house?

Can anyone tell me if these phrases are used in a doctors dictionary when describing a patients fall. In my mothers medical notes the doctor has drawn a picture of a smiley happy face, with hair may I add and wrote: "No battlesign/Panda Eyes" after my mother had a fall in hospital........I need a doctor......not for me :) but to help me understand.....many thanks in advance and sorry if I take a while to answer you back, as for some reason I am having a big problem trying to do that........x

Sometimes after a bang on the head you can get two black eyes, hence the term Panda Eyes

I'm guessing 'battlesign' might be a coded reference to signs of elder abuse ie that the person has been thumped
