I have always poked peanut butter into holes of wooden bird feeders. Should it be only peanut butter or should I mix it with corn meal. Or does it matter. Does plain peanut butter harm any bird? One person's opinion is that it is so sticky it could muck up their digestion?

Smooth or crunchy?
Have you tried eating the stuff straight from the spoon??? Did it stick to the roof of your mouth?

If you haven't tried it then now is the time to do so.

I wouldn't feed it to my kids....
