erroe 403 forbidden

Hi can anyone help every time i visit E bay i'net site i get an error message error 403 forbidden it's telling me i do not have authority to view the page. It then gives me a link to click on to ebay.doubleclick.com, but this doesn't help either. I have not changed any ofr my security or browser settings. It just appeared one day and all the security and health checks i carry out find no problems. It's VERY annoing any help appreciated.

shouldn't be this, but check the date and time on your computer. make sure its correct. what browser are you using? try using a different one..

may just be ebay though, try it now and it may be ok. it's fine for me...
