i am looking to change jobs for a new career of doing very little and mostly attending meetings to decide on the next meeting date

i would find it hard to be a total lightweight so preferably a department where if i put in 3 hours a day and only take 20 or so sickies a year i wont be accused of rocking the boat

i already own my own hi-vis jacket

I gather there's going to be a vacancy at No 10 shortly.

isnt that where the head of government used to live?
Yes, that's right. But unfortunately John Major had to move out a few years ago and a couple of squatters, one following another, have apparently since wrecked the place. And the extensive grounds as well extending to - well, as far as the shoreline all around said property.
I wouldn't bank on a long term career. Hopefully after the General Election next year a lot of these sinecures are going to be abolished. And as you won't have been employed in one for very long, you won't get a very high redundancy payout.
