Andre Previn - Ballads

Hello. I recently came across a really beautiful album by Anre Previn. It's called Ballads, and is basically his take on some jazz standards. Solo piano, semi improvised stuff. Rather nice.

My question was as follows: there's a track on there called 'In Our Little Boat' which I would recommend anyone listening to. I have never heard of this before, and have been trying to find out all morning who wrote the original song, so that I can hear a version and possibly check out the score.

Does anybody know who wrote the song?

Mr Previn wrote the piece himself, in about 1996.
