Hello,
My employer gives ''overtime'' to agency staff instead of giving it to fulltimers. They are paid basic rate bacause it is classified as a "additional hours''. I am aware that employer doesn't need to pay 1,5 rate. Anyway I'd like to work on overtime as it is available. Is there anything I can do to get extra job?
