Wanting to sort out broadband for Mum
She lives in N E Lincs
At the mo she only has land line through BT which she pays each month by cheque.
She does not want to pay for broad band through DD.
Have just rang BT, it has to be DD (though she can continue paying for phone separately by chq)
Obviously she doesn't mind combining them, or keeping them separate.
Not bothered about adding on any TV packages (would do if only cost an extra couple of quid a month (her wordsnot mine)

Any suggstions?
I'm trawling through a comparison site and they tell you everything except what i'm needing to know first (can she pay by methods other then DD!?)

Many thanks in advance
All help much appreciated

Back in the days before Virgin took over, Blueyonder did allow payment through PayPoint at a local shop (they didn't advertise it very strongly mind, preferring DD). You could try phoning the ISPs and asking them if they will accept payment that way, and if they do check with your local shop and see if they will accept a cheque instead of cash when making the payment.
