dongle with skype

can i use a dongle to skype. i tried twice, 2 different people and it sounded like they were daleks or on a train in a tunnel! maybe the dongle is too slow, any ideas?

as long as you are in an area with a decent 3G signal then yes you should be able to, if you are in an area that only has a 2G signal then you will get exactly the effect you describe because the 2G connection is too slow.

we are defo in a 3G area so dont understand why skype wont work! also will it work from spain do you think?
