what exactly is the law on noisy naighbors?
Is there a limit for noise at certain times of the night?

Yeah course there is.
Just phone the police non emergency and they have a noise pollution team and they will be with you asap.My daughter had to do that with the alkie who turned night into day and had Dancing Queen on repeat all night with his alkie mates and the police were fantastic.They even went as far as 'anonomously' phoning from his flat and saying 'is that better Jess?' Have to laugh !!!
