My son/daughter in law, in Spain run their laptop on a'Movistar' dongle, paying a monthly fee.(there are no phone lines available where they live) From next year we will periodically be staying in our house on their farm, approx 150metres away from them)) Is it possible for me to connect to the internet (desk-top) using their service by wifi? (with their permission of coarse) ,or will I have to take out a seperate contract? Any advice would be appreciated .Gary

Some dongles do come with a sort of wireless router, enabling more than one computer to connect at the same time. I don't know if Movistar sell these 'routers' or if they can transmit that sort of distance.

thanks, hc4361, I suppose I'll have to wait and see once we are there. I have asked my current ISP (chesstelecom) if they have any 'partners' in Spain ,but have yet to receive a reply. thanks, again.
