My friend recently decided to have the Sky Installation for about £125 which includes 3 months free subscription . After that you can choose whether to pay a monthly subscription £20 or not if you decide that Sky is not for you . He decided that it was not for him and after 2 months and he cancelled the agreement by phone. There was no problem they said OK and that he would only receive basic channels when the 3 months were up . . He also confirmed in writing to them and to his bank that no payments should be made. After the 3 months were up Sky did in fact stop the extra channels. So far so good but now he has received his bank statement and found that Sky has been taking £20 a month for the last two months. He is now trying to get the payments stopped . Has anyone else had this problem ?
