Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

100 questions - various levels about events which have been recorded as (allegedly) first or last.
A good mix of levels and subjects some will need research others you may well know.....????/

Could I please request that users of AB try not to ask for answers too soon as quizzers are often still sending for new sheets up until a couple of weeks before it due in and it rather puts them off if all the questions have appeared for all to see. This in turn means that the charity suffers through lack of entrants etc I would suggest that postings are not made until Dec. - I thank those who respect this request in advance. Quizmouse I sent a cheque with my entry for the last quiz but did not receive it with my answer sheet. Someone has sent me a scan I hope this will be acceptable if I enclose a covering note.

please could you put the answers to your last quiz, sun, sea & sand on the fundraising quizzes answers site as I abandoned the quiz as too dificult, and would like to see what answers you were aiming for before considering your next quiz.

To be fair tho' the quizzes do vary and I would estimate this one to be a little easier and possibly easier to research. I have friends who do not have internet access and so have done this one with them in mind, perhaps someone else should judge its level and make a comment, I'm probably not the best to judge since I 'apparently' know the answers!!

thank you for posting the answeres-some really groanworthy connections to sun, sea & sand there-SUNPAT,
DATSUN etc! Trust that your next quiz is somewhat easier.

I feel the next one is shall we say more researchable??? but then who am I to judge. My apologies for the few on the last quiz which were in your words groanworthy (is that a word?) but sometimes its hard to find 100 examples of the theme and I like to keep it at 100 unless there is a definite reason why I shouldn't, besides it sorts the 'men from the boys!!'
