I was volunteering in a soup kitchen. At closing time I seemed to upset the clientele. All I said was....hurry up....don't you know some of us have got homes to go to?!

My friend actually bought the last Big Issue from a seller and then said to him "Now you can go home early". It was not for a few seconds after walking down the road he realised what he said.....
