Did you point to the right tooth ?
pinch you leg really hard for as long as you can stand it.

Jaw pain gone?
Neuralgia.
If you only just had the tooth pulled then you need to allow time for the nerves to settle. The pain should go in a couple of days unless there is still some underlying infection.
Isn't it time you took yourself off to the doctors? If the gland is swollen that alone should tell you there is an infection present. Your muscles and nerve endings are v/important in your face, don't neglect them. It may not have been a tooth problem after all. Get well soon..
