My friend has been given a very old book for her to put into word so that she can work on it. However each single page (523) pages has been done in table format eg maybe on one page alone there could be 3 tables, the next page 2 tables, next page 4 tables so on and so on.

She needs to get rid of table format and try to get the pages on running - I asked for HELP but nothing has worked. glad of any information to try and get this together - ta

Hilite the tables & key Ctrl C and Ctrl V (paste) to Word.
I fear Tambo's method will simply copy the lot, atbles and all, to Word.
I don't think there is an easy way around this. I think the only way will be to cut & paste each cell of text into a new document.
