Just watching This Morning and they are talking about tetanus jabs.....

Made me think about the amounts of times I've been asked if I'm up to date with them...I use to have lot's of accidents....

I still have a few....mainly walking into doors....I know that sounds like an excuse but I really do walk into doors quite often...

I used to be but can't afford to be now cause of RA so am very careful these days
I have my moments but nothing which has required a tetanus jab yet :)

It's the lamp-posts which jump out at me when I'm chatting to folk that annoy me, can't someone fix them to the ground:
I have no sense of direction at all, I could go out and never be seen again..lol
Very and mainly because of arthritis, but also because my brain is always ahead of my body and I am too impatient to get things done. I have broken lots of bones in my time and am cautious now because I have borderline osteoporosis. Poor old gal!!

Lottie....I've broken all my fingers on the left hand...plus my hand. I've broken my cheek bone...the bone above your eye (don't know what it's called) and another bone that I also don't know what it's called...but it's just above the jaw bone...still have a dent in it...

I won't go into the stiches...lol
very good ummm, I liked that
One wrist, two toes, one foot, one elbow, one rib, one vertebra!! Plus ribs that pop out, numerous sprains and so forth. Never without bruises................. It's a wonder I'm still here. I'm always falling over too.
Very very... and always have been. Alcohol has sometimes, but not always, been involved.
Non-accidental accidents (as in inflicted by self, not by ex-husband) have included: putting arm through a glass door requiring 15 stitches, putting spiked railing through my ankle, broken toe, broken wrist in 2 places, broken foot, bruises & burns uncountable. Fell over the handlebars of a bike into river, and last year almost lost an eye after falling off the table singing kareoke.
Still, you gotta keep laughing. Nothing major....
Oh and a dislocated jaw!!

I rode a bike into a lake once....no damage done though..

I jumped through a door on the second floor of a building (can't be bothered to explain why a door was there and how I managed to jump through it) Hit my knee on the lead flashing!!?? and took all the flesh out. Luckily the skin remained so they could sew it back up...

Once I running down the garden in bare feet and landed on the blade of the lawn mower....old type mower....I could see my bone...yuk..
only this morning I went to feed my dads cats and whilst trying to dodge the ktten fell down the stairs, mahoosive bruise on my back and one on my arm trying to grab the bannister which failed.....lucky i never broke my neck :-((
