would one be better off doing 20 press ups once per day or 5 press ups 5 times a day?

20 once a day.......5 is insufficient to get your endorphins going....

Maybe that was a bad example. How about if i run 10km once per day or 3km 4 times per day. The 3 km is still good exercise.

What i'm getting at is that more is better obviously, but does that more need to be all at once?
