If you open the e-mail, does it have a paper clip in the top right corner?
If it does, right click the paper clip and then click on Save Attachments at the bottom of the new panel.
Save the Attachments in to another folder in Windows Explorer. From the new folder you will be able to burn them to a CD as data files.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Wak for your reply, but I'm afraid there is no paperclip on the e.mails. However I also posted my question on 'computers' and received a very helpful reply from Wildwood too, so hopefully I can make my CD. Thank you for your help, Shirl
