have been informed by broadband provider that we have exceeded out download limit of 40gb per month to 55gb.this is equivelant to 55 feature films or 999 albums!!!! i cant understand this. one child is at school and the other at college so they couldnt possibley watch 2 films a day or download half that amount of music. my youngest daughter watches hours of utube over the week-could that be the problem? how many bytes does an average 5 mins utube film use? would be grateful for any advice (phoned broadband co. and they can't break it down to specifics so still don't know what to cut down on!!!).
thanks
