Adverts Section

Can anyone tell me where the Adverts section has gone - or is it just my computer?  I was all set to post an answer to someone's question but couldn't see it listed any more under Topics on the left hand side.  Can anyone explain this?

If you repost your ? you'll get a host of similar ?s listed - look at these and you'll find an answer to your ?. It's something that pops up frequently.
On my screen I always see the section Adverts and I cannot remember what the other people have said.

Don't panic ceebee, it's still there.  I can see it right now.  It has been suggested that the cause is most likely to be either your security settings or ad blocking software which is to blame.  This topic has come up many times in the category of AB Suggestions, so if you go to that section and do a category search for 'adverts' you will see all the suggestions given before.

Thanks Artful and gen2 - mystery solved!  I thought there had to be a simple explanation and yes, it is something to do with Norton's Ad blocking settings and had been discussed over in AB Suggestions.

I don't see the adverts section using mozilla firefox, but do using internet explorer.

I use internet explorer and don't see it, but I have tight security

I have IE and can see it, I just can't access it at home although I can at work.
