Feelings ' who sang it?

We're racking our brains here at work and not convinced of any suggestions put up so far. You know the one - Oh, Oh, Oh feelings....I wish I'd never met you girl.....THAT one!.

AMG search throws up tons of artists, including Johnny Mathis and other crooners and I've found the author of the music, original song and English version ' even the Offspring take-off. But who made it famous not that long ago, definitely male, possibly foreign lilt?

Just had a look in the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles ipek, and it says a Brazilian named Morris Albert recorded "Feelings" - 10 weeks in the charts from 27th September 1975.
