whenever  I type a  web address or email address in word, it automatically creates a hyperlink. This shrinks the text and puts it in blue. This is annoying, as when I print the document in black and white the text hardly shows up, so i have to disable  each link manually. is there some preference menu where i can permanently deactivate this 'feature'?
