Problem with Word Can someone help me with something that comes up in Word and I go round in circles with it. When I close a word document, a message comes up saying 'Changes have been made that affect the global template normal dot. Do you want to save these changes? So I click no. Next thing is i get a box with Templates folder , file name normal options to save or cancel. Next thing is a Word message 'this file is in use by another application or user c:/windows/templates/normal.dot. Please what does all this mean and how do I put it right. I seem to have lots of word documents now in this templates normal folder and I just do not understand it. Sorry if I am a bit thick, please help me clear this up. Thanks!! :-)
