Can anyone give me info on the quality of 'IOLO' systems, such as 'System Mechanic Pro' with regard to the alternatives advertised in computer mags ?

We used to find System Mechanic a useful tool up until (i think) version 3.

After that it just got more and more stupid, stopped being a tool and started being some kind of monster that wanted to completely take over your machine, and do its best to screw it up.
