Katrina....Tamiflu and your antibiotic are NOT acting against each other and it is my opinion that the combination, in your case, is reasonable.

Your symptoms if loss of taste or smell, is viral in origin and should return, although this is not a certainty.

Please be reassured that you are having the most appropriate treatment for your conditions.
