bizarre question..... the skin on the inside of my nose is sore. i don't seem to have a cold or hayfever, i'm not sneezing or have a runny nose. it feels like a layer of skin has come off??? (not that i would really know!!) even rubbing the outside of my nose is a bit painful, any ideas or is it a trip to the doctors??
