How to view deleted history in google chrome

i need to view the deleted history in google chrome, the person who deleted it deleted the internet cookies as well.
Also opinions, someone who does this on your computer obviously has something to hide dont they?

As far as I know, once it is deleted it can't be viewed.
Many users delete their history as a matter of routine, especially if they use public computers or other people's computers a lot.
It is nothing sinister.

We all have something to hide, even if it's only the logon details for our web-mail account or on-line banking.

yes, you should do it for security reasons so you get into the habit - otherwise you might forget when logged into a public computer at the library or wherever.
